SHIPPING
We ship to the United States and Canada. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery. Most items will ship within this timeframe or before this estimated timeframe. Shipping is via USPS, FedEx or UPS. The carrier selected is based on what type of item(s) are purchased. You will be able to see the shipping options that will be available to you during checkout. We can ship Internationally, however, you will be responsible for the actual cost of shipping. Please email us to receive a quote.
PAYMENT
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Paypal. Due to the great detail taken to make these items, if you wish to cancel a custom order, you will need to do so within 24 hours in which the order was placed. After this 24-hour grace period, we are unable to cancel the order and it is nonrefundable. RETURNS WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON CUSTOM ITEMS. If you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase in its unused condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (less shipping). Please make sure you send the item back to us insured with signature required as we cannot be responsible for returns that we do not receive. Please contact us prior to your return.
